Leads the development team and directs and monitors all IT functions and services on the Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Fund (USTIF) project including the development and deployment of new systems and upgrades to systems already in place. In short, the work of the USTIF is collecting fees, reimbursing eligible cleanup costs, and paying for third-party damages. The FMS is an integrated suite of applications to support and manage those efforts. The applications provide for full lifecycle management of claims from inception to closure; online fee billing management to streamline calculation of fees, invoicing and payment; integrated imaging services to ensure document retention, availability, and compliance; data management services linking the FMS components and multiple Commonwealth of Pennsylvania systems; and a web presence that provide information to the public and an entry into the FMS for Fund staff and participants.
